Starting the Animated Gif Editor

There are two ways to start Animated Gif Editor:

 From Windows Start > Gif Recorder> Animated Gif Editor

In Windows Explorer you can open a selected animated gif directly in the editor: Right click (Shift-F10) on the GIF animation file you want to open, and select Open With... followed by select Animated Gif Editor - see screencast below.
